You can collect products into a catalog and show them in groups depending on the insurance object or represent as physical tickets.

Your team can use workstations directly from the browser. Such workstations allow a team member to see all the necessary information about the customer, communicate with them by text or graphic messages.

Any process in the application can include taking pictures of documents using the device camera.

The documents submitted by the client become a part of their application, can be viewed from the support team mamber's workstation, saved as files, and submitted into your claim management system.

The process sequence and additional help can be customized on a case-to-case basis. The list of required documents can vary depending on the specific set of information that the client provided with their claim.

Loading documents has such possibilities as automatic photo capture, which improves the quality of uploaded pictures, and also automatic recognition of specific document format in the frame, presence of ID documents in the frame, etc.

For your personnel to administer the system, no additional solution is needed: everything can be done in the browser.

Your workstations can manage application content, such as geospatial objects, news, FAQs, texts, pictures, etc.

A special section can perform primary processing of customer applications, viewing uploaded documents, deciding upon the completeness of information and submitting the claim for the next workflow steps.

Each client’s activity is logged in a special register so your employees can find out what did a customer do in the application and what might have gone wrong.

There is support for role-based access control with authority delimitation: you can set accounts for your employees so that each role can access the functions it needs.
